Chris - Bass Player Born and bred in South Buffalo, youngest son of 6, born from a steelworker and a catholic school secretary, Chris played in bands from the age of 15-19. The day Chris got hired at his current job he was searching the internet, and stumbled upon a song he knew called "Can't Keep Away". Chris remembered this song instantly having played it thousands of times in bands when he was a teenager. Chris realized it was his old friend Mike Jordan and his new band The Pug Mahones. Chris sent him a hello. A couple days later he got a message back from Mike hinting to him that his band was looking for a bassist. Chris had really, for the last ten years, mostly played guitar, but something made him pick up his old bass and give it a try. He learned 3 songs of theirs that day. A couple days later, Mike messaged him again and asked him to come down to play some bass for them, and broke the news that he had 30 days to learn/write bass for 30 songs for their next show. For 30 days Chris played through layer after layer of skin on his fingers. 30 days later there he was on stage with some of the best musicians he had ever met. Chris has been a huge fan of Mike's song writing style for years and it only made things sweeter to be surrounded by other great musicians like Jeff and Kelly.
On top of playing bass Chris also enjoys fiddling (no pun intended Jeffrey) with graphic arts and web developement. he also plays guitar when he has time. He loves animals, and has 2 cats (Critter and Pooncy) and 2 dogs (Marley and Tank). He also enjoys playing poker.
Some of Chris' influences include Nirvana, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Rage Against the Machine, John Mayer, David Grey, Alice in Chains, Pantera, Nine Inch Nails, etc.....
